Script ideas

I have the problem of coming up with ideas for films that, upon entering my head, I become completely infatuated with for a few weeks. I consider camera angles, Mise en scène, sound, story, everything. In some ways, I get completely ahead of myself because I never actually get around to writing them. This is frustrating to some people I know, who continuously harp on me to get them done. It's not a bad thing that they do this, and I appreciate them for it, but undertaking a film is such a scary project. Even if it is short, it's still a huge endeavor for someone who works full-time... not to mention expensive.

Here are some ideas I have been working on:

Love in Oblivion
This is a post-apocalyptic romantic drama set in modern times. After an epidemic wipes out most of humanity, a few people, who for some reason were not affected by the virus, are forced to survive in an otherwise empty world. The protagonist, a socially-awkward misfit just trying to get along in the world, has to face a whole new reality after everyone he knows is dead. While exploring the empty city he lives in, he discovers another survivor: the popular and attractive girl at his school. How long can they survive in a world without power, running water, or food supplies? Will this survival situation bring them closer together? What other people survived this apocalypse and why?

Succubus
A horror film about a real-life Succubus. Two men, best friends, meet back up in their home town during college spring break. When they head out to the club, they meet two women. The group heads out after the club to one woman's apartment. They pair off for a night of passion. Afterwards, the protagonist finds his friend, and the woman he was with, missing. He tracks them down a few days later to find his friend atrophied and near death. Is there a real life succubus on the loose? Can he overcome the demonic entity and send her back to the hellish depths? Will she seduce him and take his essence for her own?

Untitled Project
A man finds his girlfriend dead, and he is the main suspect. He knows he didn't commit the crime, but all the evidence points towards him. He eventually discovers that he has a twin brother, who is committing these crimes out of jealousy towards his privileged life. (At this point, some of you may be thinking, "I've already read this." But please, hear me out). This film would continue on as a murder mystery, until it is revealed that the entire storyline is actually an internal conflict happening within the man's soul. He has a girlfriend that one part of him despises and wants to get rid of, and the other part still loves and cherishes.

Projectionist
A horror short film about a projectionist at a movie theater who witnesses a murder and is trapped upstairs in the projection booth. The majority if this script is finished and can be read here.

Ruiner
A short-film (think: Thriller) set to the song "Ruiner" by Nine Inch Nails. The film is about a leader of a gang who is betrayed by his second in command. The gang joins the second in command. The leader's girlfriend stop by unannounced to speak with the leader. They ambush the protagonist (the gang leader) and beat him nearly to death. They take the girlfriend into the back to gang raper her. The leader musters up the last bit of strength he has to get revenge on those who betrayed him and save his girlfriend's life. This is what I've been working on most recently.
